An emotive image symbolic of my father's journey with Emphysema. He stands and fights as the tree, grasping to hold on to this world, struggling to breathe, in the parched arid landscape. The ceiling of his life closing in, as tendrils of the disease slowly wind their way through his lungs. His future no longer clear, as the clouds roll in. Imagery taken during a trip with my father, as he sat in the vehicle, unable to see what I see.
