A feather star (crinoid) clings to the underside of a marina pontoon. Sandra captured this image using a long exposure to blur the background and evoke a landscape-like feel. At the same time, she used a snooted strobe to freeze the feather star's movement. Sandra's goal was to create an image that feels ambiguous to the viewer.
