At first glance, it seems absolutely grotesque that the salad is packed so over the top. But unfortunately we find many products so excessively packaged. Even if nature offers ideal packaging, humans intervene and destroy the wonderfully functioning system. We alone determine the supply through our demand and should be aware of this power and the responsibility that goes with it.
