Over the past two decades, Mick has been responsible for multiple redesigns, including major overhauls in 2016 and 2021, and recently led the company towards independent ownership. Now CEO, he has a wide-ranging knowledge of photography, media and design. 'Nothing quite captures the diversity of human existence like a camera.
