Diny Jones lives in the beautiful Southern Highlands of New South Wales, Australia. She is a keen permaculture gardener and passionate about preserving the natural environment.
Diny began her photographic journey eight years ago, photographing landscapes and seascapes. She thrives on experimenting with different techniques, including intentional camera movement, composite imagery and, more recently, using plant extracts to create anthotype images. She enjoys creating textures and playing with colour in her fine art images.
Diny loves to push boundaries. Her mantra is ‘dare to dream and revel in the process’.
Diny was Southern Highlands Photographic Society Photographer of the Year (2021), winner and runner up Single Shot iPhone, Mosman Creative Photography Awards (2023) and has been ranked in the Top 10, 20 and 30 in various Australasian Photography Competitions.
