I was born in 1959 in West-Berlin and finished school there in 1977.
I went to Kiel to study main course Photodesign, side courses Free Arts and Architecture at the University of Arts.
After finishing university I lived abroad in several countries : 2 years in Brazil, 2 Years in Prag after the Revolution 1989 ,
former Czechoslovakia, from 1994-1997 in Venezuela were I worked with Robert Barry in advertizing and high class photography.
In 1997 and back in Berlin I attended for one year a school for multimedia CIM-Data to learn the skills of digital imaging specially with Adobe Photoshop.
From 2001-2004 I lived in the south of Spain working in sports-photography like surfin and windsurfin. I also worked in Real Estate for the presentation of condominium.
Back in Berlin again I attended the school for multimedia to learn the skills of an audio -& videodesigner in 2006 specially with videocutting and animation.
I started my own business with the name "fotomorgana" in 2009 as a stillphotographer with various clients in Berlin.
In 2011 I got married to a beautiful japanese girl which is also a photographer and we live happily together since than.
We have been working together in product-shooting but also in eventphotography in picture and video.
The last 5 years I was working for a furniture company as an employee in Berlin with several tasks like photography, design of furniture, graphic & interior design.
Aside the commercial work as a photographer I was enhancing my artistic work in photography and started a business rent-a-picture service "bilderverleihservice" in 2015 to rent out my pictures ready framed to clients like doctor, lawyer and other institutions.
This is only a short description of my life but I hope it gives you an impression.
