I was born in Verl, a village between Dortmund and Hanover in Northern Germany. After a sheltered youth I studied business economics. I tried to work in that profession but after all it bothered me. In the last 30 years I’ve always worked as an artist. Mainly as a painter. In 2007 I started to work with digital collages. My first images were complex portrayals of medieval towns. After many years with changing jobs I decided to study graphic-design. I work in that profession since 2013. In July this year my first son was born. I live in Southern Germany near Stuttgart.
