Margit Lisa Pinggera, born in 1961, lives with her partner and their Labradoodle, Mila, in a charming old rectory in the Rosenheim district on Lake Chiemsee. Her hobbies include cooking and, of course, photography, including post-processing and development in Photoshop.
Margit Lisa Pinggera's fascination with photography was awakened by the renowned artist and photographer Heinz Teufel. Under his guidance in his "School of Seeing," she began an exploration of photography that went far beyond mere camera technique. Instead, she delved into the realms of artistic expression, spirituality, sensuality, and critical self-reflection. She discovered photography as a powerful medium for reflecting on nature, humanity, and the environment.
Today, Margit Lisa Pinggera is not only a passionate architectural photographer. The artist also captures elements of nature and experiments with textures and colors. She transforms and combines them to create a fictional nature that appears both lush and extravagant.
