Lothar Noeth was born in Burglauer, Bavaria, in Germany in 1959 and has always remained true to his homeland. Besides his job as a master butcher in a supermarket, photography has been his passion for over 30 years. In the beginning he took pictures with CANON and has meanwhile switched to OLYMPUS. His favourite motifs are people, in all facets. Whether on trips, events, sports or at work, a person is always the focus of his pictures. Nude photography he considers to be particularly demanding.
Lothar has so far achieved 5000 international acceptances with 3oo awards in competitions. FIAP awarded him the title "MFIAP" in 2014 and "EFIAP Diamond 2" in 2018.
