I have been an amateur photographer throughout my life. Italian by birth, education and culture, I live in the United States of America where I practice medicine in the City of New York.
With the necessary combination of discipline, dedication and unwavering enthusiasm, I have cultivated photography as a form of research and expression in ways that have refined my visual perception of reality.
The aspiration and ultimate goal of my photographic journey is to seek the elusive qualities of beauty and grace, ubiquitous as they are, yet so often hidden under a veneer of ordinary appearance, just waiting to be unveiled, and reveal their extraordinary essence through the magic lens of a camera.
