Matteo Garzonio
I am a photographer who practices different genres, with a predilection for experimentation. In recent years I deepened the search on a personal language, an "intimate vision", which allowed me to go beyond the real and the visible.
I've always been interested in different artistic expressions, even drawing inspiration for my work. My photographic references range from modern masters to contemporary authors, such as Wolf, Kessels, Fontcuberta, D'Agata. The creative action forced me to look more closely at the world and, metaphorically, photography was also a journey of introspection and personal discovery. This is the genesis and also the meaning of my photographic research.
I received several awards in photographic competitions, including through publications, and I exhibited my works in personal and collective exhibitions.
