Jenny Stock is an award-winning underwater photographer known for her creativity. She is currently the first and only woman to win British Underwater Photographer of the Year which she did in 2024.
Fascinated by television and production from a young age, Jenny pursued a career as a camerawoman. She worked extensively on documentaries, often on wildlife programmes. After ten years of developing her craft she craved a new challenge, so combined her love of media and passion for diving. She began to focus on photography.
Jenny now spends most of her time shooting nature photos. She believes capturing a beautifully shot, natural image is the perfect place to start before experimenting with techniques and ideas to release the potential for an image. She has developed her own unique style of creative editing.
Jenny particularly enjoys night dives as she finds them peaceful and the calm focuses her mind.
