I'm fond of documentary and portrait photography.
I treat my portraits as pieces of art. Most of the times I immediately start editing after a photo session, but it sometimes happens that a photograph waits in my Lightroom library for weeks untouched, until my eye spots them again and I start puzzling over the correct editing, as if they had to simmer for a while until I found it the right time.
People say that my work has a dreamy atmosphere with soft colors. I rarely edit in black and white. I prefer color photography, because I think it enhances my message, or the feeling of that moment.
I'm not that much of a technical photographer, but I love to make portraits at F1.8 because of the dreamy depth of field. I don't use any flash lights, rather daylight and my continuous studio lights.
