Kazuaki Koseki is an award-winning nature and environmental photographer and visual anthropologist who evoking the five senses through the four seasons, he photographs the world—weaving the mountains, the forests, and the rivers together, documenting the interaction of natural and human relationships. His work is devoted to the Nature of Yamagata and Tohoku area,Japan.
His work has been published in National Geographic Magazine(Japan), The Atlantic, The Daily Mail, My Modern Met, and more. In 2021, Kazuaki was awarded "Wildlife Photographer of the Year" sponsored by the Nature History Museum, and his photography has been awarded LensCulture Critics' Choice, Travel Photographer of the Year (TPOTY), PX3, Tokyo International Foto Awards, The Big Picture, Nature's Best Photography ASIA, Photoville FENCE.
