Alexandra Morozova is a Russian fine art photographer living and working in Zurich. She studied at the British Higher School of Art and Design in Moscow and worked for several years as a graphic and creative designer before moving to Switzerland six years ago. This visual background continues to shape her photographic practice, especially her attention to composition, color, and symbolic details.

Morozova creates staged photographs, often using her own body as part of the image. Pearls, flowers, fruit, lace, and fabric appear as recurring elements in her work. Inspired by classical still life and portraiture, she uses these references to speak about contemporary experiences of femininity, motherhood, beauty, pain, and tenderness.
